Relax and unwind in the living room with Smart TV and Netflix, with dedicated office space upstairs in our single bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area. Our house is homely and welcoming with outside space and on street parking. Located just off the Felling bypass and close to local amenities such as Asda, McDonalds and Gateshead High Street.
The property has 4 spacious bedrooms, all fitted with open clothes rails.
The first bedroom has one double bed and one single bed, Wall-mounted wardrobe with hangers, perfect for storage and a grey blackout blind at the window.
The Second Bedroom has one single bed and an open clothes rail with hangers. A grey blackout blind and a bedside table with a lamp.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed with side tables and lamps. Wall-mounted clothes rail and a chest of drawers for extra storage. There is a comfortable seat for reading or storage.
The fourth Bedroom has one single bed and an open clothes rail with hangers. A grey blackout blind and a desk area for working.
The Living Room has two large sofas, a coffee table, side tables and a Smart TV with Netflix.
The modern Bathroom upstairs has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and towel radiator.
Downstairs toilet and sink which is next to the kitchen.
The kitchen has its own spacious dining space. It is fully kitted with an induction hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, Microwave, kettle and a four-slice toaster are also available. All necessary kitchen equipment is provided, such as utensils, cutlery and cookware. There is also an iron and ironing board.
Towels are provided for your stay.
* All guests must be over 25 years old.
* All guests must pay a damage deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C’s prior to staying.
* This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.
*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy and pay a damage deposit in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.
We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our Terms.

The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.
We expect our guests to offer clear transparency and honesty for the reason of their stay to ensure we are adhering to government guidelines and laws regarding travel and overnight stays.
We are available Monday-Sunday, from 10am – 8pm.

Iron, ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer are all provided for our guests. Please note we do not provide toiletries as we do not agree with single-use plastics.

*All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.
