A ground-floor 2 bedroom apartment sleeping maximum 4 people, located on a residential ex-local authority street in the heart of Walker, with on-street parking. 5 minutes from the City Centre in a taxi and great public transport and commuter routes.
Ideal for contractors. Families are welcome, but the location may be more suitable for contractors.
All guests must me min 25 years old (excluding children), and provide ID, a security deposit and sign a rental agreement prior to staying.
Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with large lounge and free off-street parking, cosy but functional bathroom with a great kitchen for family cooking.
We offer FREE WIFI and you have access to a Smart TV with NETFLIX etc.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and kettle.
Bedroom one has a double bed, whilst bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
Comfy lounge with larger corner sofa and coffee table.
This is an apartment in a house so you may hear neighbours from time to time.
The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.
We expect our guests to offer clear transparency and honesty for the reason of their stay to ensure we are adhering to government guidelines and laws regarding travel and overnight stays.
We are available Monday-Sunday, from 10am – 8pm.
Once your booking is confirmed the telephone number will be sent to you on a messaging system that you can also use to contact us.
We will return calls or messages as soon as we can.
Located very close to the Ouseburn with great shops, and restaurants.
* All guests must be over 25 years old (not including families).
* All guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C’s prior to staying.
* This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.
*Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am
*All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.
*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.
